As we enter a time of change and life begins to bloom around us, come and join us in a wonderful few hours exploring how essential oils can support your health and wellness during the warmer months. Together we will learn how to prepare two bespoke essential oil remedies for you to take home. Comprehensive handouts will also be provided so that you can explore more in your own time.

Introduction to Aromatherapy course – £85 p/person

Join me in-person for a beautiful 4 hours spent immersed in the world of aromatherapy, learning how to bring essential oils into your home to support you and your family.

If you have an interest in using aromatherapy at home, for your family and friends, then this is a great introduction to essential oils and plant aromatics. This is also a great introduction should you wish to take your learning further onto a diploma course. We will explore 8-10 essential oils and a range of base oils, giving you the opportunity to make 2 bespoke aromatic remedies to take-home.
